BETHESDA, Md. — First Potomac Realty Trust (NYSE:FPO) announced today that CORT Business
Services Corporation (CORT Furniture Rental) has signed a seven-year
lease at Cavalier Industrial Park in Chesapeake, Virginia. CORT will be
occupying 23,580 square feet at the Company’s recently completed 96,000
square foot warehouse building, bringing the approximately 400,000
square foot Cavalier Industrial Park to 100% leased.
“We are very pleased to have CORT Furniture Rental lease the balance of
our new warehouse building,” said Tony Beck, First Potomac’s Regional
Vice President for Southern Virginia. “This transaction adds to an
already impressive roster of tenants at this property.”
Completed just one year ago, the new warehouse building is located at
3732 Cook Boulevard and is part of the Company’s three-building,
Cavalier Industrial Park located in the submarket in Chesapeake,
Virginia.
Bonnie Shiner Bonnie Jewel Atkin Shiner, 81, passed away January 23, 2010 in Richfield, Utah.She was born June 7, 1928 in Salina, Utah to Ralph Sharon and Trilba Allen Atkin. She married Dee Shiner, they later divorced. She is survived by: grand-daughters, Laurie (Warren “Buddy”) Wynn, South Jordan; Michelle (Matt) Graves, Matthews, NC; three great-grandchildren: Emma and Ellie Wynn, Zach Graves; sister: Mignon Payne, West Valley; sister-in-law: Martha Atkin, Torrance, CA; many nieces and nephews.

outlining the decorator’s recommendations for color, space planning,
furniture, accessories, and lighting along with explanations, tips, and
a detailed shopping list.
Clients also have the option to choose a premium 3D package,
which also features computer-generated 3-dimensional renderings of their
room, complete with all the recommended changes, as well as a video
presentation and a virtual tour of the finished room. “Our 3D
portfolios are an ideal option for people who haven’t had a lot of
decorating experience, or for those that might be reluctant to start a
new project without being able to see the final product,” says
