San Diego banker Steve Harrington has joined the Bank as Senior Vice
President, Business Banking at its Vista Office. Harrington is a veteran
commercial lender and has over 20 years of banking experience in the San
Diego and North County markets.
Harrington started his career with Wells Fargo Bank and in 1994 joined
First Pacific National Bank as a Commercial Loan Officer. After the
bank’s sale, he served as a Business Loan Officer with Fallbrook
National Bank and San Diego National Bank. Most recently he was the
Regional Manager for 1st Pacific Bank of California in
Oceanside.

HealthWorks, Inc. The loan refinances existing debt and provides
additional capital to support the company’s growth and acquisition
strategies. GE Capital Markets served as lead arranger.

and urgent care services. With 155 clinics and worksite centers in 15
states, and 2,000 employees including approximately 350 affiliated
physicians, U.S. HealthWorks centers serve thousands of patients each
